My job at OCLITS connected me with some other co-workers which led me to this opportunity to become a tech team lead. A newly launched Software house was suffering technical leadership so I got packed up with CEO of AZ-Solutions under a contract to establish his software house by leading the tech team.
Tech Team Lead life at AZ-Solutions
I was responsible to conduct interviews and layout the architecture of the project with tasks and deadlines then managers were doing a follow up. As a lead I was determined to structure the codebase to achieve scalability and improve the fault tolerance.
So doing so I had to get into meetings with client to understand the requirements properly as a requirement engineer then later I used to develop a plan to execute those requirements by creating a SRS or task on Jira.
I have setup CI/CD with Github and Git actions for deployment which was major challenge for me as it was first time I was connecting Git actions with VM(AWS) to handle automated workflows.
I was leading almost like a CTO in AZ-Solution but also doing some development on some projects too when pressure were being developed on the deadlines.
Becoming a team player I helped the software house to develop a backbone and delivery more than 20+ projects successfully on the time.
Team Size
At initial we only had 4 developers but we our growth was quick so our team growth was more than 20 developers and 40+ all employees working under one banner.
Tech Stack
We were majorly focused on PHP Laravel and Flutter so that’s how I became more handy in mobile apps and backend server scripting with RESTful APIs.
